I've been building websites and web applications since 1996 — first as an independent consultant for clients like IBM (via Ogilvy & Mather) and TDK, then as Director of Web Engineering at Zscaler, where I led the team through the company's growth from ~250 employees to IPO and global scale.

At Zscaler I built and shipped the Trust Portal, four major website redesigns, a company intranet serving 7,000+ employees, and the customer Help Portal — reducing staffing costs 75% by building and managing a distributed team in India.

Since leaving Zscaler in 2023, I've returned to independent consulting and now provide fractional engineering leadership for startups and growth companies who need technical direction without the overhead of a full-time executive hire.
